Shipping
Marieta Yan ships within the United States and to select international destinations. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions beyond our control.
United States Shipping
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Express Shipping

Next Day Shipping

International Shipping
International orders are shipped using carrier-calculated rates, including DHL Express and USPS International.
For eligible destinations, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. When shown at checkout, these charges are prepaid and no additional fees will be due upon delivery.
In destinations where prepaid duties are not available, local customs authorities may assess additional charges upon delivery. Marieta Yan is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Due to the limited nature of our collections and small production runs, Marieta Yan does not offer refunds.
Exchanges and store credit are available for customers in the United States and Canada only.
At this time, international orders are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Eligibility
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier
- All requests must be submitted through our online return request form
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or damaged
- Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted
Return Fees
United States & Canada Orders
- Returns are free of charge if Return Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout
- If Return Shipping Protection was not selected, a $10 return processing fee will be deducted from the issued store credit or exchange value
- This fee covers return handling and shipping costs and is non-refundable.
International Orders
- International orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange or store credit. No exceptions.
Exchange & Store Credit Process
To request an exchange or store credit, please submit a request through our online return request form within 14 days of delivery.
Once approved:
- Returned items must be shipped back within the timeframe provided
- Store credit will be issued as a digital credit code
- Store credit does not expire, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval; all items are inspected upon receipt
Additional Information
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Marieta Yan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or store credit requests that do not comply with this policy
