At Marieta Yan, each piece is carefully prepared and shipped from our Los Angeles studio. Below you will find detailed information regarding delivery and returns.


Shipping & Delivery

Marieta Yan ships within the United States and to select international destinations.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery timelines begin once the order has been dispatched and are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier conditions, destination, or unforeseen circumstances.

All shipments include tracking.


United States Shipping

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

International Shipping

We ship internationally using trusted carriers, including DHL Express and USPS International.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service.

Duties and Taxes

For eligible destinations, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. When these charges are prepaid, no additional fees will be due upon delivery.

If duties and taxes are not displayed at checkout, they may be assessed by your local customs authority upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Marieta Yan is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international shipping processes.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our collections and small production runs, Marieta Yan does not offer refunds.

Eligible returns are accepted for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.


Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier
  • Requests must be submitted through our online return portal
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be free of makeup, fragrance, deodorant, or any signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


United States & Canada

Returns for exchange or store credit are available for orders shipped within the United States and Canada.

Return Fees

  • Returns are complimentary if Return Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout
  • If not selected, a $10 return processing fee will be deducted from the issued store credit or exchange value

This fee covers return handling and shipping and is non-refundable.


International Orders

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances.


Return Process

To initiate a return, a request must be submitted through the return portal within the 14-day window.

If approved:

  • Return instructions will be provided
  • Items must be shipped back within the specified timeframe
  • All returned items are inspected upon receipt

Once the returned item is received and approved:

  • Exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days
  • Store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days as a digital code sent to the email used at checkout

Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval.


Additional Information

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Shipping timelines for exchanges begin after the returned item has been received and approved
  • Marieta Yan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy
